The group meets once a month in a members home on the first Monday of the month at 1900 hrs. During the previous month we will have taken photos of a subject, chosen in rotation, by one of the group and we display these on the host's television.
We also have other occasions when we organise a "Field Day" where we try something different. For example shooting the night sky. During the monthly display we have a chat the picture being shown, where it was taken and sometimes about the technical aspects as well, but not too deeply.
None of us claim to be experts and we take pictures purely for fun and because we like photography. With experience ranging from beginners to more competent members.
Because we meet in each others houses, we unfortunately have to restrict the membership to eight people. There is no fees and the cameras and equipment are all the members own.
