The aim of the group is to explore and extend our knowledge about our Local Heritage. In previous years we have followed a thematic approach however this year it is a mixture of different subjects suggested by members of the group.

At the request of members, we often extend the monthly event by staying on for lunch/refreshments. This gives members the opportunity to discuss the morning’s activity as well as to socialise and relax together. Whilst everyone is welcome, there is no obligation to attend.
